Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Autumn Studio collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and applications for iPhone, iPad, macOS, and Android.

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timestamps, device or browser type, IP-derived security signals, error information, and purchase-verification identifiers. We do not log the contents of your customer photos in ordinary application logs.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, create and save decorating concepts, maintain project history, process purchases and credits, provide customer support, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use customer photos for advertising, sell them, or use them to train our own models.

Image processing and service providers

Your selected photos and instructions are sent only to service providers needed to produce the requested result. Our infrastructure is hosted through Cloudflare. Image generation is performed through Replicate using configured image and planning models. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and retention practices. Generated images contain provider-applied provenance technology where supported.

Stripe processes web payments. Apple processes App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple. Google processes Google Play purchases and, when you choose Sign in with Google, supplies your verified identity, email address, and profile name for authentication. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Amazon shopping links

Autumn Studio includes paid Amazon links. When you choose to open Amazon or add selected products to an Amazon cart, Amazon receives the information normally associated with visiting its service. As an Amazon Associate, Autumn Studio earns from qualifying purchases.

Storage, retention, and security

Account and project information is stored in access-controlled systems. Images are encrypted in transit and stored privately. We retain projects while your account is active so you can revisit them. You may delete an individual project immediately or permanently delete your account and associated project data from the app. Backups and fraud-prevention records may persist for a limited period where legally or operationally required.

Your choices

You may review saved projects, delete projects, sign out, or permanently delete your account in the account menu. Instructions are available on our account deletion page. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Children

Autumn Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact
