Account deletionYou can permanently delete your account and saved projects directly inside Autumn Studio. See the step-by-step instructions.
Purchases
For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, use that store's subscription and purchase-history tools. Web subscribers can open the billing portal from the Autumn Studio account menu.
Generated concepts
If generation returns no usable concept, the reserved credit should be released automatically. If it is not restored after the job finishes, contact support with the approximate time of the request.
