These terms govern your use of Autumn Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Autumn Studio creates AI-generated seasonal decorating concepts from photos and instructions you provide. Results are creative visualizations, may contain inaccuracies, and are not construction, structural, fire-code, safety, or professional design advice. Verify dimensions, installation methods, clearances, and product suitability before purchasing or placing anything.

Your content

You retain your rights in photos you upload. You grant Autumn Studio a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service you requested. You must have permission to upload the content and must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or privacy-invasive material.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, resell, automate abusive access to, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Credits, subscriptions, and purchases

New accounts receive the displayed complimentary allowance. Autumn Plus currently includes eight recurring credits for $4.99 per month, and a six-credit pack is currently $3.99. Storefront prices, taxes, and local currency may vary. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the platform where purchased. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by their respective billing and refund rules; web purchases are processed by Stripe. Purchased consumable credits do not expire while the account remains available, but credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Shopping suggestions and paid links

Product suggestions are visually inspired and may differ in appearance, size, price, or availability. Product information and fulfillment are controlled by the retailer. As an Amazon Associate, Autumn Studio earns from qualifying purchases. Autumn Studio is not the seller of Amazon products and is not responsible for retailer transactions, shipping, returns, warranties, or product performance.

Availability and warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular visual result, exact product reproduction, or permanent availability of third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Autumn Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, retailer transactions, or decisions made from generated concepts. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms as the service changes and will post a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to dafrye89@gmail.com.
